Art’s Whole Home Service Partner Plan is designed to give you complete peace of mind when it comes to preventative maintenance. Our various plans offer you full preventative maintenance and service for home plumbing, air-conditioning, and electrical systems. With the year-round Florida heat, you definitely don’t want to go without AC maintenance. Here’s a breakdown of what services are offered within our Whole Home Service Partner Plan.
As a Whole Home Service Partner Plan (SSP) member, you will be able to take advantage of the following benefits:
As an SSP member, you are automatically bumped to the front of the line when you call, and you’re also prioritized for job scheduling. This applies to both routine and emergency calls. We also offer you extended appointment times to suit your schedule.
All dispatch fees are waived for our members on the Whole Home Service Partner Plan, even if you require an emergency at 3 a.m.!
As long you remain an SSP member you will receive a 10% discount on any plumbing, air conditioning, and electrical repairs. We also verify the manufacturer’s warranty on parts.
Your SPP membership can be transferred to your new home as long as it falls within our service area.
Scheduled maintenance services can help to reduce breakdowns as much as 95% and can lower utility bills by 30%. As an SSP member, you’ll receive a detailed report of our findings and we’ll alert you to any repairs that may be required.
Our AC Service Partner Plan consists of at least one annual AC maintenance visit depending on your plan of choice. Your maintenance visit includes a full AC tune-up. Your AC system constantly accumulates dust and dirt which makes it less efficient. Our annual tune-up will help your air conditioner to run efficiently while saving you money. Our AC precision tune-up includes the checking of refrigerant levels and coils, as well as a comprehensive check of the electrical components and the overall condition of the unit.
As with your AC maintenance visit, you are also entitled to an annual plumbing maintenance visit. This visit includes a full plumbing inspection and will help to detect any problems with your pipes, drains, seals, or water heaters. Our service includes a toilet flapper replacement and a faucet aerator replacement if necessary. Water and pressure tests are also conducted.
As an SSP member, you also qualify for an annual Electrical maintenance visit in which a full inspection will be conducted.
Our troubleshooting technology enables us to identify several sources of electrical problems in your home. We include a full inspection of your interior and exterior main panel boxes, as well as an inspection of UL, approved breakers. We will also check for any burning or corrosion that may be present in your system and we’ll make sure all connections are tight.
