Jerry came out and was the best. Professional, straight forward, and took every opportunity to explain what was going on with my AC system. He gave me options after I told him what was happening and he did not push to upsell me. I intially called Art Plumbing to have my condenser coils cleaned, but mentioned the noise my unit started to make the last couple of days. Jerry told me the motor to the fan unit was about to go which was exactly what I thought. He thoroughly cleaned the unit and replaced the motor for $994. During the past 4 years, I have tried several AC companies to maintain my system, but Art Plumbing is the only one that makes my10 year old unit run right for some reason. Great service. The one complaint I have is their new automated phone system. It's horrible! It feels like I have to answer questions for 10 minutes to schedule something even though my number should already in the system! Using their website was a much better experience.

Petra arrived punctually. She was very efficient at her job performing a maintenance on our air-conditioning system. She explained to us while she was working what she was doing. She was very knowledgeable and informative. Petra had a very professional and respectful manner and answered any questions we had. She recommended a few services but was not forceful when we declined…… which my husband and I liked. All in all, I would give her a five star. She was excellent.
