Great water heater installation..

Petra did an excelente job and was very nice.

Art Plumbing did our outdoor water heater two and a half years ago. Today, there was a rusted bolt on a valve that they came to fix- free would have been fantastic but unfortunately nobody gives anything away anymore. However, the two guys that came to fix it were super accommodating and helpful - understanding of the situation.

Amazing giy and explains everything about his work . Very honest and fair on his opinion. Love to work with him again.

Wade was absolutely comforting on a really bad day that I was having besides my plumbing going wrong and my house being flooded, I had other issues at hand and he was very understanding! And the work was exceptional and timely A+++++++++ I had my toilet replaced as well as the main shut off valve replaced.

This review is a couple of days late, due to technical difficulties. A very thorough and completed job by Howard and Art's, AGAIN! Pictures don't lie! While I would have rather not had to go through this deep cleaning, and boy it was a warm to hot day, it was worth it. Howard, arrived, promptly, and was ready to begin this rather large job, and explaining the process the entire time with his technical skill, and apparent diligence to detail. While it doesn't show here, the Coils were completely replaced (full of gunk!!!) and the deep cleaning began. I am so pleased with the quality of work, and the follow through by Howard. I have confidence with the workmanship, and the quality of products used for this job. It's been a couple of days, and everything is "humming" right along...Thank you Howard and Art's for helping me take care of my "home sweet home" !

New issue today 10/23/25, Terry Wasser was the technician. Had problem with my A/C that was working sporadically. He identified issues & provided valuable solutions/suggestions to prevent repeat situations which I took. He was very friendly & knowledgeable . Highly recommend to any who might run into A/C issues now, or wants to look into preventing future issues. Luckily it's not midsummer temp's (which I've had in past!!)

I was very pleased with the response to my inquiry. I had a leaking water heater and needed replacement immediately. Eric was prompt. He calmly answered by questions and educated me on the mechanics of the system. The work was efficient and clean. I will definitely use them again for other plumbing problems because you know.... there are always going to be plumbing problems!

I bought a tune up maintenance service for my HVAC thru Home Depot and the hvac technician that came left a leak in my drain line, never cleaned the outdoor coil, did not bring algae tablets, and left without turning the breaker back on, leaving the house to get hot to 82 degrees. They set an appointment to come back but never showed up and had rescheduled my appointment.

Another tech, Mike, and a 2nd tech came back 4 days later and did an excellent job. Very professional and showed excellent technical knowledge. My ac had shutdown the night before and they did an excellent job to repair it and complete tbe maintenance service. Thank you

Used Art Plumbing as subcontractor for Home Depot. Service was great & Chuck was excellent. Unfortunately, price I was quoted & paid was not price I had to pay after Chuck arrived with new toilet. Price was supposed to cover everything that I agreed to with Home Depot. Not True. I had tp pay extra for bringing up in elevator to my floor & that was supposed to be covered by Home Depot in original paid price. Not Chuck's fault but, I felt like my toilet installation was being held hostage.

Eddie Providence from Art Plumbing, Electrical and A/C was here today for the annual maintenance for my A/C. I needed a capacitor. Eddie worked through terrible weather to get the job done. Eddie is professional and respectful. He took his time and explained everything to me. The customer service given on a scale of one to ten is an eleven. I would not consider any other company to service my electrical and air conditioning needs.
