While John was great in getting the assessment and quote and financing portion done. I must say, the installing crew was next level, top tier, just above and beyond! I was flabbergasted by how masterfully they did the job. Was like watching Davinci creating a work of art. These guys were truly masters of their craft. And not only that, they answered every question I had and cleaned up like true professionals. I highly recommend and will sing their praise to anyone that cares to listen. 5 stars and then another 500 stars on top of that. Just exceeded and surpassed all expectations. Art can fix it. Art Plumbing contracted with Homedepot where I bought my new washer and dryer when it was installed. The water valve had stopped working. Art Plumbing came to fix the valve and this is what they left behind. I’ve had other water box files replaced before and went to work was done. The wall was perfect and the box was perfect. This box is not even fitting the drain correctly. Is this how Art fixes now?

We are specifically very happy with the service provided by Howard F. of Art AC replacing the motor in one of our units. He is by far the best HVAC Tech we've experienced at Art AC. We are however GREATLY disappointed in that the motor went out in a 6-year old American Standard unit. I wouldn't recommend to anyone purchasing an American Standard AC product. We've had more than several issues with each of two units and thermostats installed in 2019.

These guys were GREAT !!! They showed up on time, consummate professionals at all times, finished the job in less time than anticipated, and left the house spotless. I'm comfortable with the price I paid as this is something that I would not have been able to fix on my own. I love that the parts are warranted and the work is warrantied for at least two years. I also appreciate that he cleaned up the area after the repairs were complete. I would recommend Lawrence for these types of shower repairs.

Inspection of water heater

Needed a drip pan for my water heater. Wade came on time, had all the necessary parts and tools finished the job quickly, and left everything clean and organized when he was done. Excellent job, and he also gave me several tips, which I found quite valuable. Will definitely be asking for Wade next time! Used them again because I had an issue with my electrical panel. I was worried it would end up being a full replacement, which I cannot afford at the moment. Donnie was awesome! Friendly, and walked me through all the options, was welcoming to all my questions. And in the end he fixed the problem quickly with no new panel. Also told me about having the panel refurbished, which I didn't know about. I'll be calling Donnie back to do that soon. I now feel very safe that my electrical panel won't cause me a problem. Thanks, Donnie! Very professional!

I think that John did a terrific job (and I used to be a salesman and then contractor.) The $6,000.00 quote to dig a hole and install 4" hard rubber wasa little pricey. I got a quote from a backhoe company for $475.00 to dig and backfill the hole . . . that is 1/6th of the quoted price . . . and it isn't difficult to install the 4" rubber coupling for repair.

Corey Performed a sewer line inspection. He was curious and friendly. He explained each step of the process. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself once the inspection was complete. Bryce performed a routine electrical inspection in my home. He was very friendly, yet thorough. I have had very good experiences with Art Plumbing A/C and Electric !! The annual maintenance plan covers several areas (plumbing, AC, and electrical systems) and it is reasonably priced. I am extremely pleased with this service.
