He also offered several upgrades to help it work more efficiently and safely (time delay, surge protector, and air purification system) which we did decide would be helpful. Ryan we professional, friendly, and patient when answering all of our questions. Thank you! Update on 2/11/26 - Jocelyn came out and did an inspection on a toilet issue we had. She was professional and offered suggestions on this home repair that we were doing ourselves. Since we had previously purchased the annual A/C, electrical, and plumbing contract that Art's offered, her visit was at no cost to us. We really appreciated Jocelyn's input and helping us to make a further repair decision. Thank you!
