This friendly gentleman double checked to ensure that no further problems would occur. A further inspection will occur in a few days. Wade, the technician was phenomenal. He was informative and friendly; very solution oriented. He extended kindness with my senior parent. Not only did he replace and discard our old toilet, but he was very meticulous with his cleaning. Wade went the extra mile. We will definitely be requesting him in the future.

Ryan W. was terrific! He thoroughly tested all equipment to resolve the problem; recommended a cleaning of some components and line draining. Added algae strips. Very pleased with his work but can’t resolve a cooling/shut off issue; waiting for tech support from Mitsubishi & returning tomorrow.Was professionalism and courteous.
