Yet its origins are far more humble. Former Florida state senator Philip Lewis used the land on which Atlantis is built – then known as Mulberry Farms – as a grazing ground for Brahman cattle. In 1958, real estate developers purchased the 834-hectare plot to begin developing a residential community, and the city was incorporated a year later. Construction of Atlantis’ first golf course soon followed, and today, Atlantis is a golfers’ paradise for its 2,000 residents, who have both the Atlantis Country Club and the Lost City Golf Clubs right on their doorsteps.

Tim Davis did an excellent installation of a replacement water shut off valve for my condo. He was a good listener and answered all my plumbing questions and coordinated the water shutoff for the building to complete the service within 24 hours. He was neat and left the work area clean. I called because I had a leaking pipe in the wall and almost no water pressure in my master shower. Chuck arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and immediately went to work diagnosing the problem. He quickly found the hidden leak, replaced the damaged section of pipe, and then tackled the low-pressure issue in the shower. Within a couple of hours everything was fixed perfectly—the leak is completely gone and my shower now has strong, consistent pressure again.
Chuck explained everything he was doing in plain English, cleaned up thoroughly. He was friendly, respectful, and clearly knows his stuff. I felt completely confident leaving my home in his hands.
