Yet its origins are far more humble. Former Florida state senator Philip Lewis used the land on which Atlantis is built – then known as Mulberry Farms – as a grazing ground for Brahman cattle. In 1958, real estate developers purchased the 834-hectare plot to begin developing a residential community, and the city was incorporated a year later. Construction of Atlantis’ first golf course soon followed, and today, Atlantis is a golfers’ paradise for its 2,000 residents, who have both the Atlantis Country Club and the Lost City Golf Clubs right on their doorsteps.

Wade came out next day to give my family and I an estimate for replacing our water heater. Quick and thorough examination was completed of what needed to be done and I was provided with quotes for multiple options on the spot.
