Chuck from Art Plumbing provided outstanding service. He was pleasant, friendly, and consistently kept me updated on the hot water heater installation. Chuck arrived exactly when scheduled and performed an extremely clean installation of my hybrid heat pump water heater. A notable extra step was replacing the main shut-off valve, upgrading it from a PVC shut-off to a copper quarter-turn valve. Overall, Chuck is a solid professional—the kind we truly need more of in the trades. Keep up the excellent work, Chuck! Art Plumbing is fortunate to have him on their team.

Donnie Schmitt - the BEST! So professional, so knowledgeable, so intent on providing excellent service! And he delivered on every count! Donnie took the time to fully explain the diagnostic process and our options. He offered various solutions to make a costly proposition not only affordable but immediately doable. And, even though our electrical issues were far from run-of-the-mill, Donnie persevered. He figured out that a key outlet was covered up inside the wall. Not only did he figure that out, he knew where to punch out the sheet rock to locate the hidden junction box. who'da' ever figured that? From a totally baffling predicament to lickety-split solution.
