After arriving, Jonathan took the time to explain and apologize for the mix-up regarding my scheduled appointment. He then proceeded to examine and thoroughly test the indoor AC unit and the condenser/compressor unit on the roof. He offered some suggestions specific to my AC unit and answered all questions I had. He was knowledgeable and respectful. His professionalism has renewed my faith in Art AC and Plumbing.

I had to call for service to find out the size for my filter. Why, isn't the information available in the manual or posted on the unit? In calling in the office the rep I spoke to. Tried her best to seek the information. Then she suggested having a service person come out. Jonathan was able to provide me the correct size for my A/C unit. Along, with confirming what I was told the dust up in the unit wasn't mold grown. He highly suggested that I check the filter monthly to avoid any build up. Thanks Jonathan

Fantastic service! We contacted Art Plumbing through HomeDepot services as we had to replace our water heater. We were without hot water. Lawrence and his colleague located the 80 gallon unit we wanted in West Palm, got it,and had it installed the following morning. Fast and professional.Lawrence walked us through the downloading of the app and pairing with the unit, and the app’s features.
