Want to share Howard, was a complete Specialist, the real deal. Arrived in a timely manner, did a thorough (much better than in the past) inspection of the unit, made recommendations I was not surprised about, followed through on our options, had the work done, because lets face it, our summers are getting hotter. I have to say that this was one of the best annual "maintenance" visits we've had in a while. Thoroughly appreciated his quality of attentiveness, and more so his quality of work. 10 Stars if you got 'em! Thank you Art's for sending Howard to us for this "annual"...he was the best.
