Got a tune up for my AC (which was not working at the time) through their partnership with Home Depot. Figured I might as well get it cleaned, and if the tech spots anything obviously wrong it'd save me money on a diagnostic. That's exactly what happened, he spotted I just needed my drain pipe cleaned. He said that cleaning wasn't included in the tune-up, but I showed him the Home Depot pamphlet said it was. He was surprised and said, "it's not supposed to be included, this must be old; but if this is the information you were given, then I have to honor it." That is professional service, and I much appreciate that. He cleaned it on the spot. Their guy Dakota is great: professional, friendly, and helpful, and he answered all my questions so I could understand my unit better and what costs to expect in the future.

Very professional. Like the value of their VIP memebership to make sure everything in your house is well maintained. When there are fixes they can be a little pricier than other providers but I understand that you are paying for the convenience of a one-stop shop. Overall happy with their services and professionalism.
