What's Included
- New air conditioner
- Professional installation
- Standard replacement installation per local code and FPL requirements
- Duct fabrication to reconnect existing supply and/or return plenums
- Electrical on the load side of the disconnect (if needed)
- Connection to your existing drain line with a water safety shut-off switch
- Chemical treatment and flush of the existing drain line
- Copper brazing with nitrogen purge
- Pressure testing of copper lines up to 400 PSI
- Deep system vacuum to remove all moisture
- Cutting and coring as required for proper installation
- Removal and disposal of old equipment
- Use of protective floor coverings and shoe covers
- Full system start-up per manufacturer specifications
- Processing and confirmation of all applicable warranties
Not Included
- Ductwork: We are not responsible for sweating or underperforming ductwork. Upgrades or modifications are an additional charge.
- Drain Line: A 30-day no-clog guarantee is provided. After 30 days, the drain line is no longer covered.
- Water Damage: We are not responsible for water leaks or any resulting damage occurring more than 30 days post-install.
- Slab/Stand: If reused, we are not responsible for any failure or settling of the existing slab or stand.
- Refrigerant Leaks: We are not responsible for refrigerant loss caused by post-install system leaks.
- Existing Materials: We are not responsible for any reused components, including copper lines, breakers, wiring, or float switches.
- Permits & Code Compliance: All required permits are included. However, unexpected code violations or upgrades beyond the proposal may result in additional charges.
- Homeowner Responsibility: Work areas must be accessible and free of obstructions. We are not responsible for incidental damage to landscaping, walls, or flooring during normal installation procedures.
- Ongoing Maintenance: The homeowner is responsible for routine maintenance unless covered by a separate agreement

Brian did a great job a true professional. He was detailed and efficient truly the best in his craft! He completed the job 100%)
On the other hand while Brian's service was 100% there is a great internal disconnect in communication between the people in charge of the service orders and the clients. I was kept in the dark for almost two weeks leaving messages asking for the status of my order where they kept promising somebody was going to call me . Until somebody did Collete took care of business after I spoke with her before that it was very stressful. Thanks Collette you made the difference. Job done Electrical Panel.
