Eric did an amazing job changing two toilets and two faucets. The new toilets were a mess. He took one out of the box and the bowl was cracked in half. I went and got a new toilet, Eric installed it and the flush system was broken on that new one. He made a special trip back to change out parts and it is working very well. He didn’t have to come back when he did. He was off work. Not too many people today do that kind of thing. Above and beyond. He is the best. Give him a healthy raise. He’s the kind of employee who makes people come back to a business.
