He explained the solution to our electrical issues and rapidly corrected and fixed them. Luis went overboard to make sure my unit was under warranty and the did a full check of my system- he was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable-

Not sure if I’m going to use their service or not but the young man who came to do the estimate was very professional, Knowledgeable and explained things in simple terms so I could understand exactly what I was getting for the estimate they were proposing. No one knew it was insanely expensive to replace a water heater but when your company has a lot of overhead because they have a lot of people and a lot of insurance then you get what you pay for. I get it.

Eddy Providence was very thorough in his inspection. Cleaned out the sump pump for the main a/c unit, something that none of the previous Art Plumbing technicians had ever done in six years. Discovered that the capacitor was on the verge of breaking down and replaced that as well as the uv lightbulbs. And the germicidal strips were added. It was an $1800.00 day.
