Art can fix it. Art Plumbing contracted with Homedepot where I bought my new washer and dryer when it was installed. The water valve had stopped working. Art Plumbing came to fix the valve and this is what they left behind. I’ve had other water box files replaced before and went to work was done. The wall was perfect and the box was perfect. This box is not even fitting the drain correctly. Is this how Art fixes now?

We are specifically very happy with the service provided by Howard F. of Art AC replacing the motor in one of our units. He is by far the best HVAC Tech we've experienced at Art AC.
We are however GREATLY disappointed in that the motor went out in a 6-year old American Standard unit. I wouldn't recommend to anyone purchasing an American Standard AC product. We've had more than several issues with each of two units and thermostats installed in 2019.
