In 1958, real estate developers purchased the 834-hectare plot to begin developing a residential community, and the city was incorporated a year later. Donnie Schmitt was prompt, professional and friendly. He was able to ascertain what was needed at my house. Donnie was beyond helpful in ascertaining my issues with my bathroom vents.
Donnie went to Home Depot and purchased the vents with motor and installed same day!

Terrence and Adrian were FANTASTIC ! They were FRIENDLY, INFORMATIVE, PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGEABLE . They were constantly getting ,e showing what was going on so that I was aware of what had happened, what they had to do to resolve the problem. They made me aware that down the road what would eventually happen due to the poor manor in which these houses were built and my options. I have been a Facility Manager for over forty years having worked for BellSouth, AT&T, West Palm Beach Police Department, Florida Departments of Transportation / Corrections and Juvenile Justice and CENSUS Department I Truly Wish that I had such individuals working for me .
