New HVAC Technicians
As a new HVAC technician, you’ll learn some of the best practices in your field by partnering with our more seasoned technicians. You’ll gain experience working on a variety of HVAC related jobs such as AC maintenance, repairs, installations and duct and attic maintenance.
An added bonus is that you’ll be able to earn as you learn, keeping you more financially stable than most people your age. Many students start their work life hindered by a mountain of student debt. Working as an HVAC technician allows you to further your education while earning a salary.
Seasoned HVAC Technicians
There’s a lot that goes into making the decision to leave your current company to “start over” at a new one. However, at Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electric we’ll do our utmost to ensure that you won’t regret that decision.
Family matters and being able to spend more time with your family is a perk any technician would love and with a minimal on-call schedule you’ll have more than enough time to bond with your family. An added perk is that you’ll be able to opt in to mentor new technicians and teach them the ways of the trade.
