Wahoo!!! Very thorough, detailed, very knowledgeable, gave me insight on what to do to maintain my unit. Gave me some updates on what get from the company to enhance my unit eg the UV light unit cleaning and surge for whole house protection. I like attitude, felt comfortable around her. Great service from their technicians and support staff. Prompt, honest, and great quality work. Brian was great with today's inspection. Very happy to continue doing business with them for service. Art's pricing for anything other than service, however, is highway robbery. Astronomical quotes for any installation. They need to conduct competitive analysis. For this reason, I would reduce 5 star to 3 stars but people like Brian and Lori dont deserve anything less than 5 stars. The human staff is why I choose to continue my business with Art. The AI will make me take my business elsewhere though
