Ojus Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Electrical & Drain Cleaning Services
The word Ojus is a Seminole word that means Place of Plenty, and one look around this city in South Florida shows why. Located only a short 15-mile drive from North Miami, Ojus is a small but vibrant community steeped in South Florida history. Situated between picturesque Aventura and beautiful Sunny Isles Beach, Ojus offers residents tranquil living with coastal serenity.

Ojus AC Repair Services
We all know when our air conditioning unit stops working, everything else grinds to a halt, too. High heat and humidity take over your home or business rapidly, and everyone can get on edge. That’s why we created our expert team of Home Comfort Specialists who can get the cool air blowing when heat blankets the interior of your home or commercial property. Our AC repair services in Ojus provide fast, affordable repair solutions and more.
Sometimes, AC units fail due to changes in weather, build-up of debris, wear and tear, or malfunctioning components. Before a major unit failure, you may notice:
- Strange, sometimes loud noises coming from the AC
- Increased electric bills
- Odd, musty smells that become stronger when the unit kicks on
- Warm or hot air blowing from the vents
AC repair services in Ojus with us include everything you need to fix an HVAC problem, installation of new units when it’s time for a replacement or upgrade, and high-value maintenance services. In addition to our expansive list of AC services, we also provide duct cleaning and inspections that help increase indoor air quality and keep cool air from escaping.

This review is a couple of days late, due to technical difficulties. A very thorough and completed job by Howard and Art's, AGAIN! Pictures don't lie! While I would have rather not had to go through this deep cleaning, and boy it was a warm to hot day, it was worth it. Howard, arrived, promptly, and was ready to begin this rather large job, and explaining the process the entire time with his technical skill, and apparent diligence to detail. While it doesn't show here, the Coils were completely replaced (full of gunk!!!) and the deep cleaning began. I am so pleased with the quality of work, and the follow through by Howard. I have confidence with the workmanship, and the quality of products used for this job. It's been a couple of days, and everything is "humming" right along...Thank you Howard and Art's for helping me take care of my "home sweet home" !
