Tim Davis did an excellent installation of a replacement water shut off valve for my condo. He was a good listener and answered all my plumbing questions and coordinated the water shutoff for the building to complete the service within 24 hours. He was neat and left the work area clean. I called because I had a leaking pipe in the wall and almost no water pressure in my master shower. Chuck arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and immediately went to work diagnosing the problem. He quickly found the hidden leak, replaced the damaged section of pipe, and then tackled the low-pressure issue in the shower. Within a couple of hours everything was fixed perfectly—the leak is completely gone and my shower now has strong, consistent pressure again.
Chuck explained everything he was doing in plain English, cleaned up thoroughly. He was friendly, respectful, and clearly knows his stuff. I felt completely confident leaving my home in his hands.
