Want to share Howard, was a complete Specialist, the real deal. Arrived in a timely manner, did a thorough (much better than in the past) inspection of the unit, made recommendations I was not surprised about, followed through on our options, had the work done, because lets face it, our summers are getting hotter. I have to say that this was one of the best annual "maintenance" visits we've had in a while.
