Howard was thorough and diligent and was able to diagnose the problem and deal with the frozen coils. He came back the next day and spent the time to install the part needed. Home electrical evaluation on 7/14/26. TOA was an hour later than scheduled however, office called to notify. The Technician (Donnie) was pleasant, and approachable. He put on his shoe cover prior to entering my home w/o me having to ask him to do so. He was very thorough with checking all the electrical fixtures, Breaker box etc. Explaining the reason and importance of precentative checking. Donnie was very polite, professional, competent and thorough and easyto communicatewith. I will be requesting him for future service visits.
