Bay Harbor Islands
Bay Harbor Islands Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Electrical & Drain Cleaning Services
If it wasn’t for the vision of Shepard Broad, Bay Harbor Islands might still be nothing more than two mangrove swamps. Broad acquired the two pieces of land in 1945, and began development using his own funds, later joined in the venture by Benjamin N. Kane. Broad’s own family settled on the West Island in 1947, the same year the town was incorporated.
In the decade that followed, the West and East Islands each began to take on their distinctive character, with single-family dwellings built on the West Island and multi-family units, the business district, and community amenities built on the East. Today, the town is home to roughly 6,000 residents. With the beautiful Biscayne Bay to the south, the pristine beaches of Surfside to the east, and the hustle and bustle of Miami itself just a short drive away, Bay Harbor Islands is a conveniently located oasis with a small-town heart.
Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electric is pleased to provide exceptional AC repair, plumbing, electrical, and drain cleaning services to Bay Harbor Islands’ families and business owners.

This review is a couple of days late, due to technical difficulties. A very thorough and completed job by Howard and Art's, AGAIN! Pictures don't lie! While I would have rather not had to go through this deep cleaning, and boy it was a warm to hot day, it was worth it. Howard, arrived, promptly, and was ready to begin this rather large job, and explaining the process the entire time with his technical skill, and apparent diligence to detail. While it doesn't show here, the Coils were completely replaced (full of gunk!!!) and the deep cleaning began. I am so pleased with the quality of work, and the follow through by Howard. I have confidence with the workmanship, and the quality of products used for this job. It's been a couple of days, and everything is "humming" right along...Thank you Howard and Art's for helping me take care of my "home sweet home" !

Highly recommend to any who might run into A/C issues now, or wants to look into preventing future issues. Luckily it's not midsummer temp's (which I've had in past!!)
