He also offered several upgrades to help it work more efficiently and safely (time delay, surge protector, and air purification system) which we did decide would be helpful. Update on 2/11/26 - Jocelyn came out and did an inspection on a toilet issue we had. She was professional and offered suggestions on this home repair that we were doing ourselves. Since we had previously purchased the annual A/C, electrical, and plumbing contract that Art's offered, her visit was at no cost to us.
