Petra was awesome. It was like a guided tour through the eyes of an HVAC technician seeing every step of the tune up process. What each part of the AC unit is, what it does, how each major component should look and perform when in optimal condition. Art Plumbing & Electric does tend to have higher prices for service and repairs, but the intent of this review is to commend Petra for the service I received today for the AC Tuneup where the price point is always fair.

Excellent first time experience with Art Plumbing. Terrence was great, replaced our garbage disposal with a new one from Home Depot in under an hour.
