HUGE fan of Art! I called yesterday with an immediate need to have 4 flapper valves replaced, appointment scheduled today and Pedro came right on time. Lawrence and his team were above and beyond exceptional! that came to my home today on top of things and totally knowledgeable and listen to everything I had to say, and answered all my questions. They even mentioned how they didn’t check a part of what was tested by the previous people that came, but they found the leak in the kitchen not in the garage so I’m hoping that that’s a good sign. I was very impressed and very very pleased with everything Lawrence said and did he was personable. He has a heart of gold and really took care of me very well and I would recommend these guys 150% to anyone that wants to know. The service was 100% I couldn’t have asked for anything better and the friendliness and the eagerness to answer all my questions and clean up after they were done and even like good to my dog, it was awesome. Laurence is an absolute life saver! He was able to finish the job in good time, even with a late start (he actually got here early in order to set up, and had to wait for another party to arrive late). He even explained how to use each piece worked (simple system, thankfully), and was overall really knowledgeable about his field. Super chill guy and is friendly with animals. If I have any issues with electrical or plumbing (he does both!) I will be requesting for Laurence specifically to be the technician they send out.
