Lauderdale By The Sea Drain Cleaning Services
In addition to our comprehensive plumbing services, we are proud to offer drain cleaning services in Lauderdale By The Sea. Grease, food particles or scraps, weather conditions, and time all contribute to the functionality of drains. We provide clogged drain cleaning services for commercial and residential properties when you need them most. Our skilled technicians are educated, licensed, and fully insured. Using the most advanced technology available, we offer.
Gone are the days when a clogged drain meant digging up the whole backyard. Using a fiber optic camera, we can quickly and efficiently locate the source of the clog. Once the source is identified, we rely on hydro-jetting techniques that use high-pressure water to clear blockages and clean pipes and drains. As the clog is cleared, our technicians also assess the drains and the pipe’s functionality by conducting a comprehensive inspection. If the assessment reveals the need for repair or replacement, we offer non-invasive, environmentally friendly solutions such as trenchless pipe repair.

This review is a couple of days late, due to technical difficulties. A very thorough and completed job by Howard and Art's, AGAIN! Pictures don't lie! While I would have rather not had to go through this deep cleaning, and boy it was a warm to hot day, it was worth it. Howard, arrived, promptly, and was ready to begin this rather large job, and explaining the process the entire time with his technical skill, and apparent diligence to detail. While it doesn't show here, the Coils were completely replaced (full of gunk!!!) and the deep cleaning began. I am so pleased with the quality of work, and the follow through by Howard. I have confidence with the workmanship, and the quality of products used for this job. It's been a couple of days, and everything is "humming" right along...Thank you Howard and Art's for helping me take care of my "home sweet home" !

Nick was able to identify e to electrical issue @ once & replaced the switch box so kitchen lights responsive vs flickering, as well as reviewing secondary issue of fluorescent tube lights in garage. Awaiting Mary's proposal on that particular work/project.
New issue today 10/23/25, Terry Wasser was the technician. Had problem with my A/C that was working sporadically. Highly recommend to any who might run into A/C issues now, or wants to look into preventing future issues. Luckily it's not midsummer temp's (which I've had in past!!)
