The techs initially thought the job required extensive repair (cutting the wall open, etc - $$$$) but soon realized that the real problem was much easier to fix, saving me a considerable amount off the predicted cost of the service.

Chuck from Art Plumbing provided outstanding service. He was pleasant, friendly, and consistently kept me updated on the hot water heater installation. Chuck arrived exactly when scheduled and performed an extremely clean installation of my hybrid heat pump water heater. A notable extra step was replacing the main shut-off valve, upgrading it from a PVC shut-off to a copper quarter-turn valve.
