Used Art Plumbing as subcontractor for Home Depot. Service was great & Chuck was excellent. Unfortunately, price I was quoted & paid was not price I had to pay after Chuck arrived with new toilet. Price was supposed to cover everything that I agreed to with Home Depot. Not True. I had tp pay extra for bringing up in elevator to my floor & that was supposed to be covered by Home Depot in original paid price. Not Chuck's fault but, I felt like my toilet installation was being held hostage.

Eddie Providence from Art Plumbing, Electrical and A/C was here today for the annual maintenance for my A/C. I needed a capacitor. Eddie worked through terrible weather to get the job done. Eddie is professional and respectful. He took his time and explained everything to me. The customer service given on a scale of one to ten is an eleven. I would not consider any other company to service my electrical and air conditioning needs.
