Nick was able to identify e to electrical issue @ once & replaced the switch box so kitchen lights responsive vs flickering, as well as reviewing secondary issue of fluorescent tube lights in garage. Awaiting Mary's proposal on that particular work/project. New issue today 10/23/25, Terry Wasser was the technician. Had problem with my A/C that was working sporadically. He identified issues & provided valuable solutions/suggestions to prevent repeat situations which I took. He was very friendly & knowledgeable . Highly recommend to any who might run into A/C issues now, or wants to look into preventing future issues. Luckily it's not midsummer temp's (which I've had in past!!) Wahoo!!! Very thorough, detailed, very knowledgeable, gave me insight on what to do to maintain my unit. Gave me some updates on what get from the company to enhance my unit eg the UV light unit cleaning and surge for whole house protection. I like attitude, felt comfortable around her. She didn’t do the job in isolation rather educated carried me on what’s doing and why. She made me smile. Please send her in my next service.

Great service from their technicians and support staff. Prompt, honest, and great quality work. Brian was great with today's inspection. Very happy to continue doing business with them for service. Art's pricing for anything other than service, however, is highway robbery. Astronomical quotes for any installation. They need to conduct competitive analysis. For this reason, I would reduce 5 star to 3 stars but people like Brian and Lori dont deserve anything less than 5 stars. The human staff is why I choose to continue my business with Art. The AI will make me take my business elsewhere though

Victor the electrician did a great job. He was very informative and nice. Jason the plumber was very nice and sufficient. Wasn’t expecting any installations. Keith installed new UV lamps in air conditioner that was out dated. He was very informative and quick. Yehuda was very nice and got the job done. Thank you. Jonathan came in January of ‘24 and installed a new water heater. Water heater looks good and is working fine. It took a while to get a permit and the ok with my HOA. Jonathan is very nice.

Bradford was so good. He was patient, knowledgable, came with ideas and really made sure we understood everything. It was somewhat very educational. I appreciate his time and energy and would mostly likely request him in the future if thats a possibility.

Our tech, Petra, was really great and really thorough. They were so professional, kind, and walked me through the inspection. They also gave recommendations for additional services that were honest and helpful without feeling pushy.
