I am so happy I got a second opinion from Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning, & Electric. John S. was my service provider and the technician who ensured that I got the services I needed. John went above and beyond to see that I can get services done! With his hard work and the Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning, & Electric team, they were able to provide me with a solution and I got my AC units replaced! I must say, John was diligent and very thorough! John is not only a professional, but he is truly a caring individual who placed himself in my shoes and genuinely wants the best for his customers! I’m also pleased at the work the technicians done! They did such an amazing and clean job! As they were working, they continuously updated me throughout the whole process, which I was grateful for!
