I had work done for a leak which was repaired. As a consequence, the cold water pressure in the master bathroom was not coming out properly - which I realized after the repair. First of all, I was able to get an appointment within a day-so I am really grateful for that. Walter came in and was very friendly and professional. I have an old toilet that wasn't flushing. It needed one part, The piece was shredded. He went to check if he had that part in his truck and thankfully he had literally, the last one!! He was able to get everything fixed in a very quickly manner! He was so nice and I am very appreciative of him. Thank you.
