Petra the Technician showed up for the appointment today 8/4/2026 . She inspected my A/C throughly, showed me pictures of the inner part of the unit, made recommendations as to what can be done to have the unit running at it's peak performance. Petra is very knowledgeable in this area. learned so much just listening to her, she also cleaned the drain line. I will take into consideration all the recommendations she made. I definitely will recommend your company to others based on Petra's display of knowledge/expertise.

Ryan did an excellent job fixing our air conditioner. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on. What really stood out was how kind and patient he was with my daughter, who was very curious about what he was doing. He answered her questions with a smile and made her feel included, which we really appreciated.
