⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ HVAC Technician Eddie P. was prompt, professional, and clearly an expert at what he does. He arrived right on time, explained everything thoroughly, and handled my all‑in‑one system with care. I needed the dryer vent cleaned (see photos), and he made sure every step was done safely and efficiently. I also decided to purchase the yearly service plan—great value and peace of mind all in one. Communication was excellent from start to finish, beginning with the initial phone call and followed by helpful text updates before arrival. I had an excellent experience with my AC maintenance appointment today, and Petra was absolutely wonderful. She took more time with me than any technician I’ve ever had before. She was patient, pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable. What really stood out was how she explained everything she was doing as she was doing it. That level of transparency and education made me feel very confident in the service. I never felt rushed and she made sure all of my questions were answered and that the job was done thoroughly. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such exceptional customer service. Petra is a true asset, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.
