I had to call for service to find out the size for my filter. Why, isn't the information available in the manual or posted on the unit? In calling in the office the rep I spoke to. Tried her best to seek the information. Then she suggested having a service person come out. Jonathan was able to provide me the correct size for my A/C unit. Fantastic service! We contacted Art Plumbing through HomeDepot services as we had to replace our water heater. We were without hot water. Lawrence and his colleague located the 80 gallon unit we wanted in West Palm, got it,and had it installed the following morning. Fast and professional.Lawrence walked us through the downloading of the app and pairing with the unit, and the app’s features. They included Ace care services and we look forward to working with them throughout the years. Highly recommend this company!
