If I could give Howard and "Arts" 20 stars I would. I'll start with prompt, professional and personable. Howard took time to explain my options in detail, understood what I was attempting to do, in cleaning up my house, and guided me through the process, answered all my questions (over and over again I might add), for "better" solutions then the one I had in my head. He reviewed both inside and outside units, with a detailed HVAC Specialist eye and experience. His patience and professional manner a plus. Touch of humor was very much appreciated.
