Tim was super knowledgeable, friendly and fast. He fixed our toilet and shower in record time! He explained what he was going to and fairly quoted us before starting the work. When he was done he checked his work and made sure to evaluate other potential issues (old plumbing, old hot water heater). We appreciated him being proactive.

Eddy was very knowledgeable took time to explain the diagnostic steps he was taking and what the expected outcomes would be if a test failed he narrowed down to the next step until it was figured out. He also double checked the install and found the input water line and output had been reversed since the original install. Then double checked everything again and also found a defective part. Now you might think this was all upsell tactics. All this was under warranty and helped his employer avoid a lawsuit. Thank you Eddy you are welcome here anytime. Also if you switch employers hit me up because I’m calling you to do any repairs. PS this was a 12k new AC unit that hadn’t worked right since installation. He was the third tech to come and finally got us going. We still need the new part but are encouraged.

Thank you for sending Mike, a skilled mature master technician, who immediately understood the issue, made the necessary repairs, and arranged for their restoration company to contact me to come out and check for mold.
