Howard F from Art’s was the third technician that was sent by Art’s to diagnose and fix our AC problem in the past 3 days. Howard was thorough and diligent and was able to diagnose the problem and deal with the frozen coils. He came back the next day and spent the time to install the part needed. He work is top notch h and he has a pleasant personality. Howard is the only AC tech from Art’s I will ever use going forward!!!

My flat mate broke our toilet and I needed a new one installed ASAP. I purchased a toilet and Art Plumbing was out the same day it arrived! They were extremely professional on the phone and very accommodating with times. Terrence B was my installer and he was exceptionally professional and very clear when explaining potential issues; he installed my toilet and cleaned up perfectly! Home electrical evaluation on 7/14/26. TOA was an hour later than scheduled however, office called to notify. The Technician (Donnie) was pleasant, and approachable. He put on his shoe cover prior to entering my home w/o me having to ask him to do so. He was very thorough with checking all the electrical fixtures, Breaker box etc. Explaining the reason and importance of precentative checking. Donnie was very polite, professional, competent and thorough and easyto communicatewith. I will be requesting him for future service visits.
