Laurence was outstanding. Arrived promptly. Assessed the issue and then provided us a variety of different options for water heaters. He was very patient explaining the differences in each as it is a major purchase. Once we decided he Immediately went and picked up the new one and got started right away. Guided us through every step of the installation and even helped us set up the app when he was done. Clean up was impeccable. I would highly recommend.
