20-Point Precision Tune-Up Includes:
- Chemical treatment of drain line
- Rinse drain pan (if accessible)
- Flush drain pan (if accessible)
- Inspect indoor coil
- Wash outdoor coil (flush with water)**
- Check refrigerant pressures

Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electric will perform a complete 20-point precision tune-up of your air conditioning system that includes all items listed above in our Signature 20-Point Precision Tune-Up description. In addition, we will remove your indoor coil, completely cleaning and disinfecting it to ensure it is bacteria and dirt free. We also thoroughly clean both the inside and outside of the air handler cabinet to remove all build-up and we finish by applying a spray disinfectant to kill all surface bacteria.

Art's Complete Air Scrubber Package
Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electric will perform a full 20-point AC precision tune-up, plus deep clean and disinfect your indoor coil, blower housing, and air handler cabinet. We finish with a disinfectant spray to help eliminate bacteria and buildup.
We’ll also install an Air Scrubber with a powerful UV light to reduce airborne contaminants and help keep your home’s air clean and safe.

I had a new HVAC unit installed on Friday, August 22nd. Originally, the agreement was to move the old unit from my bedroom closet to the living room closet, but when the technicians arrived, they explained that the unit could not be relocated as planned. John was contacted right away and quickly stepped in to correct the issue, which I really appreciated.
The two young men Angel and Sebastian who handled the installation did an excellent job. They worked efficiently, were professional, and made sure everything was done correctly. They even stayed until the house was fully cooled down, which showed real dedication to customer service.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the installation. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the initial hiccup with the placement plan. Otherwise, the service was excellent and I would recommend them to others.
