20-Point Precision Tune-Up Includes:
- Chemical treatment of drain line
- Rinse drain pan (if accessible)
- Flush drain pan (if accessible)
- Inspect indoor coil
- Wash outdoor coil (flush with water)**
- Check refrigerant pressures
- Inspect safety devices for proper operations
- Measure system for proper split temperature

Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electric will perform a complete 20-point precision tune-up of your air conditioning system that includes all items listed above in our Signature 20-Point Precision Tune-Up description. In addition, we will remove your indoor coil, completely cleaning and disinfecting it to ensure it is bacteria and dirt free. We also thoroughly clean both the inside and outside of the air handler cabinet to remove all build-up and we finish by applying a spray disinfectant to kill all surface bacteria.

Art's Complete Air Scrubber Package
Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electric will perform a full 20-point AC precision tune-up, plus deep clean and disinfect your indoor coil, blower housing, and air handler cabinet. We finish with a disinfectant spray to help eliminate bacteria and buildup.
We’ll also install an Air Scrubber with a powerful UV light to reduce airborne contaminants and help keep your home’s air clean and safe.
This package includes our Signature 20-Point Tune-Up and comes with Art’s Keep You Cool Promise*. If your AC fails within 90 days, we’ll refund the tune-up and take 10% off the repair.
