Howard fixed the cooling issue with my HVAC system. He’s been to my house a couple of times and has always been really helpful. He also took the time to walk me through the problem, which I really appreciated.

Art sent Ryan to conduct my annual AC maintenance and he was great. Love that he didn’t require I put my dog away, and he took his time explaining the service he did and the things I needed to consider for maintaining our AC unit moving forward.

Pedro was amazing. Right on time had everything he needed. Replaced an entire water heater and piping system. Extremely polite answered of my ridiculous questions. Took me through the full operation of the water heater by Wi-Fi app. Cleaned up very nicely. Gave me some good plumbing advice while he worked. Amazing work amazing person highly recommended.

First it was easy to get an appointment. The person I spoke to was kind and helpful. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Jayson was kind and professional. He answered all my questions. It turned out to be (toilet issue)more than originally thought and he explained everything as he went along. I will continue to use Art Plumbing,AC& Electric in the future.

Got my A/C 20 point precision tune up through The Home Depot store. The technician, Petra Hagberg from Art Plumbing Air Conditioning & Electric went over every detail of my unit. Took pictures and explained clearly that my coils were dirty; blower wheel seemed clean and that the motor may have to be replaced down the road because of the amps. I live in a 4 story condo and she also checked the compressor on the roof. I scheduled this visit as a second opinion on my A/C. Let me tell you, as soon as my service agreement expires I will definetly switch to this company. Very smart, pleasant and intelligent employee. I could go on and on.

Dakota T. Performed an air conditioning inspection. He was courteous and friendly. He explained each step of the process. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself once the inspection was complete. I have had very good experiences with Art Plumbing A/C and Electric !! The annual maintenance plan covers several areas (plumbing, AC, and electrical systems) and it is reasonably priced. I remain extremely pleased with this service.

After melting for days with an AC that seemed to have different issues daily and frequently maxed out at 85 degrees in the house, I called Art AC and Plumbing. AC Tech they sent over, Howard Fraser, was fantastic. He looked into every aspect of what could have been the issue with my AC, inside the house, outside, and even in the attic. Howard went over his findings, explaining in detail in a Layman's terms I could follow and showed me what my options would be to fix the problem. We need more like him.

Laurence did a great job, with fixing my plumbing in the kitchen, even tightened up a few things under the sink that needed a smidge of attention. Love the new faucet. He was on time, very personable, and better yet, I got my kitchen back ! Thank you Art's (and Laurence 🙂 ).

I had a new garbage disposal installed by Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electric and couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Laurence and Jerry didn’t just install the unit—they took the time to explain why my old disposal failed due to improper installation and showed me how it should have been done correctly. Their attention to detail and willingness to educate me really stood out. Although it wasn’t part of my original request, they also checked my 5-year-old water heater and immediately identified several installation issues that could lead to future leaks or damage. They clearly explained each concern and why it mattered. On top of that, they went above and beyond by testing my water quality on the spot. While my water isn’t hard, they discovered elevated chlorine and pH levels and advised me to contact the city—something I would have never known otherwise. Professional, thorough, and truly invested in doing the job right. Absolutely worth it for the peace of mind— I highly recommend.

Lawrence and his team were above and beyond exceptional! that came to my home today on top of things and totally knowledgeable and listen to everything I had to say, and answered all my questions. They even mentioned how they didn’t check a part of what was tested by the previous people that came, but they found the leak in the kitchen not in the garage so I’m hoping that that’s a good sign. I was very impressed and very very pleased with everything Lawrence said and did he was personable. He has a heart of gold and really took care of me very well and I would recommend these guys 150% to anyone that wants to know. The service was 100% I couldn’t have asked for anything better and the friendliness and the eagerness to answer all my questions and clean up after they were done and even like good to my dog, it was awesome. Don E. And John C. are the real deal. I'm having a drain fly issue in my bathroom and they came out on a SATURDAY and discovered the problem in 15 minutes. I'll definitely be using Art Plumbing again and asking for these guys specifically. Fair pricing and good customer service. Thanks again! UPDATE: I was having issues with my sprinkler system, and Tyler B. came out and fixed a number of sprinkler heads that weren't working right and now I have full sprinkler coverage for my front, side, and back yards. Also, Tyler identified a problem with the assembly that changes the zones to be watered and is in the process of fixing that too and will be able to finish the job the following day while I am at work. Great job, he's very knowledgeable, and the prices are fair. Thanks again! UPDATE: David K. came to replace a broken drainstopper and to fix a repeat leak in the pipes in my bathroom vanity. I called Saturday morning, and David was at my house that afternoon. David fixed both issues in about 45 minutes. Two days later, there haven't been any more leaks, but he also let me know that if it leaks again that he will come back and fix it under the warranty. Thanks! UPDATE: Jonathan and Anthony helped me out with a bunch of repairs at my new house. They did a great and quick job. I continue to recommend Art Plumbing. UPDATE: 7/29/23: AJ did a great job on my shower and rub repairs and toilet replacement. He gave me great advice and was extremely helpful. 10/10.

I was having electrical issues in several areas of my home, and some switches were not working. Brian took the time to carefully inspect everything, test different possibilities, and identify the problem. He explained the available solutions, and thanks to his work everything is now functioning perfectly.

Schedule maintenance with added surge protector due to compressor unit being on the roof. I felt it was a good idea especially during the rainy season in south Florida with daily tropical storms.
