Nick was able to identify e to electrical issue @ once & replaced the switch box so kitchen lights responsive vs flickering, as well as reviewing secondary issue of fluorescent tube lights in garage. Awaiting Mary's proposal on that particular work/project. New issue today 10/23/25, Terry Wasser was the technician. Had problem with my A/C that was working sporadically. He identified issues & provided valuable solutions/suggestions to prevent repeat situations which I took. He was very friendly & knowledgeable . Highly recommend to any who might run into A/C issues now, or wants to look into preventing future issues. Luckily it's not midsummer temp's (which I've had in past!!) Wahoo!!! Very thorough, detailed, very knowledgeable, gave me insight on what to do to maintain my unit. Gave me some updates on what get from the company to enhance my unit eg the UV light unit cleaning and surge for whole house protection. I like attitude, felt comfortable around her. She didn’t do the job in isolation rather educated carried me on what’s doing and why. She made me smile. Please send her in my next service.

My second post about experience with Art A/C. As I stated in the past, my new A/C was installed by Cool Bear (who since has refused to honor the maintenance contract I paid for so I was forced to use someone else. Art fit the bill. They came out to do maintenance and the tech took out the coil, cleaned it thoroughly, (couldn't believe all the crud after 5 years!) repositioned the outside unit so it was no longer a tripping hazard, and installed 2 new UV lamps all in the same day. I have the utmost respect and confidence in Art, as they have incredible customer service.

I would recommend Art Plumbing to my friends and family. Jonathan the tech came to my house on 04/10//26 to give me an estimate to replace my 35 year old water heater. He gave me the estimate and told me he will be back on the 04/11/26 to complete the job. He said he will arrive at 9 am and will take 5 hours to complete the job. He was there at 9am. Jonathan took exactly 5 hours to do the job. He was very professional and delivered an exceptional job. He came with the intention to get the job done and he delivered. Got a tune up for my AC (which was not working at the time) through their partnership with Home Depot. Figured I might as well get it cleaned, and if the tech spots anything obviously wrong it'd save me money on a diagnostic. That's exactly what happened, he spotted I just needed my drain pipe cleaned. He said that cleaning wasn't included in the tune-up, but I showed him the Home Depot pamphlet said it was. He was surprised and said, "it's not supposed to be included, this must be old; but if this is the information you were given, then I have to honor it." That is professional service, and I much appreciate that. He cleaned it on the spot. Their guy Dakota is great: professional, friendly, and helpful, and he answered all my questions so I could understand my unit better and what costs to expect in the future.

It turned out to be (toilet issue)more than originally thought and he explained everything as he went along. I will continue to use Art Plumbing,AC& Electric in the future.

Got my A/C 20 point precision tune up through The Home Depot store. The technician, Petra Hagberg from Art Plumbing Air Conditioning & Electric went over every detail of my unit. Took pictures and explained clearly that my coils were dirty; blower wheel seemed clean and that the motor may have to be replaced down the road because of the amps. I live in a 4 story condo and she also checked the compressor on the roof. I scheduled this visit as a second opinion on my A/C. Let me tell you, as soon as my service agreement expires I will definetly switch to this company. Very smart, pleasant and intelligent employee. I could go on and on.
