I had to call for service to find out the size for my filter. Why, isn't the information available in the manual or posted on the unit? In calling in the office the rep I spoke to. Tried her best to seek the information. Then she suggested having a service person come out. Jonathan was able to provide me the correct size for my A/C unit. Along, with confirming what I was told the dust up in the unit wasn't mold grown. He highly suggested that I check the filter monthly to avoid any build up. Thanks Jonathan

Fantastic service! We contacted Art Plumbing through HomeDepot services as we had to replace our water heater. We were without hot water. Lawrence and his colleague located the 80 gallon unit we wanted in West Palm, got it,and had it installed the following morning. Eric did an amazing job changing two toilets and two faucets. The new toilets were a mess. He took one out of the box and the bowl was cracked in half. I went and got a new toilet, Eric installed it and the flush system was broken on that new one. He made a special trip back to change out parts and it is working very well. He didn’t have to come back when he did. He was off work. Not too many people today do that kind of thing. Above and beyond. He is the best. Give him a healthy raise. He’s the kind of employee who makes people come back to a business.

Charlie was awesome in helping us to buy a new A/C unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting us exactly what we needed. Angel and Sebastian just installed our new A/C unit and they were incredible. They were very professional and considerate of our house. They worked hard the entire time they were here and were very thorough. I highly recommend this company and especially this team of workers. We are so happy with the work they did. It was not an easy job. They were great.

Daniel with Art Plumbing was extremely professional and thorough. Took the time to explain all potential options to fix the homes main sewer line. Did not try to sell me on work that was not needed even when I asked if we should do it.

A tale of 3 technicians. The blower motor on my A/C unit died exactly one month out of a ten year warranty. I wasn't ready to give up on the unit and buy a new one. Nor was I terribly thrilled with my prior A/C company, So I called around for some quotes. Of course nobody in the HVAC business will give any sort of estimate over the phone even if you know exactly what is wrong. They all want $100 to come out and look at it, which you can then use toward the cost to fix it. If you don't like their ridiculous quote you are out a hundred bucks. It doesn't take a genius to know the blower motor is bad when it is receiving power but the fan isn't spinning. Still only one of five companies would give me a ballpark figure over the phone, $3,200, but they recommended a whole new system instead. I went with Art Plumbing A/C and Electric. They sent out Jerry to diagnose it. Jerry was great, very personable and knowledgeable. He confirmed the blower motor was bad and offered me a Carrier OEM replacement motor for $1,600, or a generic motor for $1,100. Since I am just trying to get a few extra years out of this 10 year old Carrier A/C, I opted for the cheaper one. Jerry agreed, and ordered the motor. We scheduled an install for 2 days later, including a quick fan cleaning, since it is a 5 minute job when the motor/fan is pulled out of the unit. Install day, and Jerry is sick, so I get Louis instead. Louis barely even grunts hello. He checks the motor over that was on his truck for install. He is unhappy with it, says it won't work on my unit and recommends a Carrier OEM motor for $2,500. Furthermore he tells me cleaning a fan is a $450 service charge, even though the fan was already being removed. I asked if I should talk to a manager. He says he needs to call the office. He spends an hour in his truck on the phone. Finally he emerges and says he won't install it, they will have to send Jerry back out because he doesn't want to mess with it and doesn't recommend that motor. The next day Jerry is still sick and I get John. He agrees the generic motor is more than sufficient and will outlive the 10 year old system. In under 2 hours he has the motor installed and cleaned the fan. A/C was fixed. I gave this company 4 stars begrudgingly. I wanted to give the company 3 stars or less after my experience with Louis and the lack of communication from management. I had to juggle my work schedule to be home for the rescheduled visit with John, which also was another day with no A/C. Furthermore, repeated calls to management to clarify the situation were never returned. Seriously, in 3 days I couldn't get a single supervisor on the phone. I called several times and was always promised a call back in a few minutes, but I never once got a call back. However if you want to talk to an AI operator rather than a human, let alone a supervisor, this is the company for you. In the end I am begrudgingly giving the company 4 stars because of Jerry and John's phenomenal service. I'll need a new A/C unit in 4-6 years, but I'm not sure I'd use this company again. God forbid I ever need to get them on the phone.

Terrence and Adrian were FANTASTIC ! They were FRIENDLY, INFORMATIVE, PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGEABLE . They were constantly getting ,e showing what was going on so that I was aware of what had happened, what they had to do to resolve the problem. They made me aware that down the road what would eventually happen due to the poor manor in which these houses were built and my options. I have been a Facility Manager for over forty years having worked for BellSouth, AT&T, West Palm Beach Police Department, Florida Departments of Transportation / Corrections and Juvenile Justice and CENSUS Department I Truly Wish that I had such individuals working for me .

The guys were great but the price of what I wanted to do was outrageous. However they did fix a small drip for me outside and showed me possible future areas of trouble.

Wade came out next day to give my family and I an estimate for replacing our water heater. Quick and thorough examination was completed of what needed to be done and I was provided with quotes for multiple options on the spot. I was matched with them by my local Home Depot, which saved money for the installation since they are partnered with them. Will edit the rest of my review once the job is completely! Update: Wade came back for the installation and did an amazing job! He was in and out in less than 3 hours, did a clean, precise job. We are so happy with our new water heater and will 100% use Art if we have any future needs!

Water heater began leaking. Called Art and they were able to get a plumber out to check it and verify the heater tank was shot. Replaced it with a newer, better one. While there was sticker shock since my last replacement, I think the price out the door was in line with what I had been researching. Joe C. was very nice, knowledgeable, and did a very good install. Joe was clean and even though this job likely caused him to be home later than planned he remained very cheerful. Also when the city inspector came to approve the permit, he commented "nice install." Update: Just had Art install a split-mini system in my garage also. As with any install/construction, problems could arise that makes it take longer, including an error on a part that was brought. Instead of having to make a second appointment which would have been inconvenient, Charlie Wing the project manager got things moving, getting a second tech and a seperate electrician to take care of things and it was done in one day as promised. Very happy. Update: Water heater control panel seemed to be malfunctioning. Daniel from Art came, diagnosed the issue with Rheem and made some adjustments. IF that doesn't work, he made it very clear they will return and take care of it pronto. Well, it didn't stick very long and they came back out and determined it was a bad control panel (manufacturer defect). Part ordered and Daniel A, again came out and even called me directly when he finished a job early and wanted to repair my heater ASAP instead of waiting till the next day. Showed up at my house at 5:30 when most other people would quit. That is customer service!
