First off, i apologize for my last review, seems like i wasn't fully understanding of what was being explained to me and that was my fault ( im pretty old ) and second thing is that all the technicians that arrived at my home were very well qualified and professionals at there job, i greatly appreaciated there punctuality and manorism, i will refer Arts to anyone looking for a new A/C unit for there home.

We have been a returning customer (x3 services) specifically for plumbing. Though Art Plumbing may be a bit higher in prices, its compensated by piece of mind that the work is being done correctly and to code. Every technician that comes out is extremely knowledgeable and detailed. If you want work done correctly the first time don't waste your time, call Art Plumbing. Laurence came out to replace my water heater on a Sunday to meet my schedule needs and completed the job clean and efficiently.

I had an amazing Installation appointment today with Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electric. The two Tech’s explained the process from start to finish. That the install would take approximately three plus hours from start to finish. The two Tech’s explained the maintenance warranty and that it needs to be drained once a year( Good info to know) to keep tank working efficiently. Thank you, Jose Gabriel Heymann and the second Technician (sorry couldn't remember your name ) Thank you!!!!!

If you get The pleasure to get Plumber Chuck Buchanan, be assured you are in good hands. He came to fix the water heater. The unit was 17 years old and need to be replaced. He explained how the process would go and Answered all questions that I had. He is knowledgeable and got the job done. He left my house clean and the new water heater is working fine. I was very satisfied with his work from now on, Chuck Buchanan will be my go to Plumber. He is a true professional, who loves what he does.

September 2025: Matt from Art Plumbing was working in my upstairs neighbors home. She had a leak that was coming into my home. He diagnosed and fixed her issue and had to go between my home and hers. He also spoke with me about some of my plumbing. I found him to be very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The following day I called Art Plumbing and asked for Matt to come back and give me an estimate on replacing my hot water heater. He will be back next week to do the job. Im happy to find out that Art is a family owned business and that they do electrical and AC also. I will be using them for all of my issues now. Art Plumbing is also a fellow Chamber of Commerce member! January 2026: I had such a good experience with Art for plumbing that I had them replace my 50 year old elerctical panel. Davain and Chavoy were the gentelman that did this work for me, they spent about 6 hours in my home replacing the electrical panel as well as installing 3 smoke detectors. They worked diligently and never stopped until the job was finished and they had cleaned everything up. They did an excellent job!

3pm on a Monday - ready to make dinner and clearing the sink i hear "drip...drip...drip" WT? open the cabinet and i see water just dripping out the bottom of my disposal. I call "ART" (I always use them and have a service contract with the AC but....this?) explained what was going on - and they said they would try to have someone there this afternoon.... that late in the day, i wasn't that hopeful, but 15 min later, I WAS LUCKY-(probably not a normal) the area manager called and said someone was going to be here in 45 minutes, and 35 minutes later there was a knock at the door! I greeted the nicest and 1st Female plumber I ever met. and I can't think of a better service call (except of course the previous AC calls with ART) but Jocelyn was great. Personable, focused, professional, confident, immediately at ease with her recommendations, solutions and VOILA! from start to finish maybe a little over an hour? I understood and was shown what the problem was, options to repair, fair and comparable prices and done, baby done!!! Every time (AC, SPINRKLERS, and now my PLUMBING) ART is the best! The service contract- - worth its weight in gold! Dinner was saved and even had lots of time to walk the dog! Great Job!!! Thank you everyone, from the service rep on the phone through the whole process - WHAT A TEAM!!!
