this is the kind of man that went above and beyond and found a problem in my plumbing of the air-conditioning. The water runoff that no one else seemed to inquire and it was a pretty simple fix and he showed me how to if it ever gets clogged too, fix it as well so not only did he fix it, but he showed me. His service comes from a good nature and whoever is out there lucky enough to get him as their technician will agree

I had art plumbing install my new electric water heater and I have to say, Mr. Frank did an absolute phenomenal job!! Not only was he knowledgeable about the product and how to install it, he was also very pleasant to talk with and was fair at pricing everything! I plan on getting Frank back out for any of my other plumbing needs that might pop up. I also had art plumbing come out and inspect my AC unit since it’s an older unit and they sent me Howard. Now he was very thorough when inspecting my ac inside and out! He was able to tell me about a leak a previous AC guy missed so I’m so thankful for him for that. He was also very very respectful and speaking with him was also very pleasant! He explained all my options and all different estimates with different prices so I could pick what I thought was best instead of just giving me one option. Which, for me, is a first! He really did go above and beyond and i truly appreciate it! Art plumbing has really and truly been a pleasure to work with and I’m finally glad I have a good plumber company! From the technicians to their customer service… everyone was easy to speak with and was quick to resolve any issues I’ve had and I’m thankful!!!!

Mike the rep did a great job. He was very professional and patient. He fixed a faulty prior garbage disposal installation from Art Plumbing that was causing dirty water to backup into the unused dishwasher. He did what he could to prevent further water damage. However, 3 stars for the company b/c now I’ll have to figure out a way to replace/remove the dishwasher earlier than I had expected to change bc of the dirty stagnant water inside the unit that remains.

He has a heart of gold and really took care of me very well and I would recommend these guys 150% to anyone that wants to know. I would like to commend Corey McClary of Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electric for his professionalism in responding to our plumbing emergency. I went to Home Depot to rent a snake because we were experiencing sudden plumbing issues after Comcast dug up our yard to install cables. Art Plumbing offered a free camera inspection of the line with the snake rental. I was wary that there would be hidden charges, but as promised, Corey provided the service and discovered that Comcast sub-contractors had damaged our sewer line. He promised to provide photographs and a report and we are looking forward to having Art Plumbing do our repairs. Corey was courteous, knowledgeable and an excellent representative of his company. I recommend them highly!!!

Mr Dobrowolski was very helpful. He came in and right away took the cover off the box in the house. He checked to see what was causing the air to be coming out warm. He explained to me that it could be the electric shutting down. He said to reset it after five minutes when that happens. He was here for no more than a half hour and fixed both machines. 2025: I haven’t used my extended warranty with Art for my hot water heater until 4 years later, this year and WOW am I glad I bought it. It is SO worth the money. It has already paid for itself. Earlier this year I had Matt come out and he replaced the pressure reducing valve at no cost. He was excellent. Then I had Terrence come out today to inspect my hot water heater (under my extended warranty for no cost) because my AC/hot water heater closet flooded due to my building’s plumbing problems. He also flushed my hot water heater (this was $79). All of the technicians who have come out from Art have all been very good (Art must be really picky about hiring or do a really good job of training them), but Terrence is probably my favorite. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He patiently explained to me details regarding the hot water heater flushing process and other details regarding my hot water heater that I had questions about. I am going to request Terrence from now on if he is available. I am probably going to have to replace my hot water heater and AC sooner than I would like due to all the corrosion caused by my building flooding issue, so I plan to have Art do the work and I will make sure to buy their extended warranty because it’s an amazing value. I wasn’t sure how good the coverage would be under the warranty but they give you A+ service. 2021: I had a leaking hot water heater in my condo and Chuck installed a new unit today with Kevin. They installed the water heater in much shorter time than estimated. Chuck was very thorough in explaining everything and even fixed my leaky kitchen sink at no additional charge. I got the 10 year warranty with Art for an extra charge since they seem very reliable and trustworthy based on this experience. I am glad I went with Art for this project and will definitely be using them again for my household repairs.

As a property manager of over 150 units in the local area we can confidently rely on Art Plumbing to address all our immediate plumbing needs. Their team is professional, and great a note keeping. Whether I need to call in to update my request, look into a previous invoice, or request an urgent visit this team always finds a way to work with me. I had my AC unit serviced with Art Plumbing AC & Electric., it was a great experience. The AC technician, Howard Fraser, was excellent! Howard was very knowledgeable, respectful, and pleasant to work with. He kept me informed of all the service he was performing with the AC and showed me pictures of any issues he felt I should be aware of. I will definitely request Howard for any future service with my AC unit.

Mr Gonzales was very helpful. He came in and told us we had to take a video and recording of the noise in the machine. He said the motor or the bottom of the box where the wires could be loose. I now have to wait at night for the noise to appear He stayed for quite awhile and turned the air conditioner on and off by pulling the fuse out. Now we have to wait til night. A/C units weren’t working. I called Art and they had their tech Jerry out in about an hour. He did inspections and sent me pictures and a brief video of the units and their conditions. He recommended replacing two of the three units. Within a half an hour, John was out to provide an estimate. The installation was scheduled for the next day. I’ve been a customer of Art’s for about two years now, for plumbing, electrical and a/c and I highly recommend them!

We had an emergency situation surface today due to a leaky hot water tank occurring on a Friday afternoon prior to a long holiday weekend. Daniel and his partner did an outstanding job. John was very thorough and professional. My only issue that I had was the customer service was inconsistent. I took off from work thinking a technician would be at my house in the morning, he didn’t come until after 3pm. Also, I had to call several times to make sure a technician was coming out today. It was a headache.

Daniel Auletti and Jeremiah and Art Plumbing are the Greatest. My hot water heater died, and they were Johnny on the Spot. They got the New Rheem Hot Water Heater, did all the electric, plumbing, door removal, old unit removal and new installation and set everything up. They even set up the electric and plumbing permits. They did it all in one day. I did not have to get different contractors for each part of the installation. They are a one stop shop. They are the best in the business for the past 40 Years. Daniel Auletti is a 100 % Excellent Plumber and Electrician, and his helper Jeremiah is 100 % at his craft. Just tell these people what item you need, they are reasonably priced, and they do all the work. Everyone at this company is 100% and Customer Friendly and knows exactly what to do and how to solve Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Issues. They are the Best in the Business. I had an issue with my tankless water heater. Mike Cabrera came in, did a diagnostic test, came into my house, located the control pad, and fixed the issue. Highly professional, ethical, and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Ryan Wasser came out promptly when my a/c unit started acting up last night and this morning, and did a thorough investigation into the potential issue, and after diagnosing the problem, performed a very thorough cleaning of the outside condenser unit which was pretty filthy and causing blocked airflow, and he also unplugged/cleaned up the condensate lines and pan on the inside handler unit, including cleaning up some slime/mold that he was able to reach. He explained in great detail the issues happening with slime/mold build-up and recommended 3 different options, ranging from expensive (air scrubber and UV light systems), to reasonable (performing maintenance and cleaning of the condenser and handler), and he even attempted to find me discounted prices on the air scrubber and UV light systems, but at this time I still cannot afford to install those, but will plan on it in the future. My air conditioner is working beautifully now and I'm so grateful that I didn't have an emergency on a holiday weekend! This company and their technicians have always been great since we purchased our unit a year and a half ago.

I had a new HVAC unit installed on Friday, August 22nd. Originally, the agreement was to move the old unit from my bedroom closet to the living room closet, but when the technicians arrived, they explained that the unit could not be relocated as planned. John was contacted right away and quickly stepped in to correct the issue, which I really appreciated. The two young men Angel and Sebastian who handled the installation did an excellent job. They worked efficiently, were professional, and made sure everything was done correctly. They even stayed until the house was fully cooled down, which showed real dedication to customer service. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the installation. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the initial hiccup with the placement plan. Otherwise, the service was excellent and I would recommend them to others.
