Wade came out next day to give my family and I an estimate for replacing our water heater. Quick and thorough examination was completed of what needed to be done and I was provided with quotes for multiple options on the spot. I was matched with them by my local Home Depot, which saved money for the installation since they are partnered with them. Will edit the rest of my review once the job is completely!

The techs initially thought the job required extensive repair (cutting the wall open, etc - $$$$) but soon realized that the real problem was much easier to fix, saving me a considerable amount off the predicted cost of the service. Chuck from Art Plumbing provided outstanding service. He was pleasant, friendly, and consistently kept me updated on the hot water heater installation. Chuck arrived exactly when scheduled and performed an extremely clean installation of my hybrid heat pump water heater. A notable extra step was replacing the main shut-off valve, upgrading it from a PVC shut-off to a copper quarter-turn valve. Overall, Chuck is a solid professional—the kind we truly need more of in the trades. Keep up the excellent work, Chuck! Art Plumbing is fortunate to have him on their team.

Donnie Schmitt - the BEST! So professional, so knowledgeable, so intent on providing excellent service! And he delivered on every count! Donnie took the time to fully explain the diagnostic process and our options. He offered various solutions to make a costly proposition not only affordable but immediately doable. And, even though our electrical issues were far from run-of-the-mill, Donnie persevered. He figured out that a key outlet was covered up inside the wall. Not only did he figure that out, he knew where to punch out the sheet rock to locate the hidden junction box. who'da' ever figured that? From a totally baffling predicament to lickety-split solution. Purchased a toilet I needed installed and loved the service! I received two calls confirming the time and day that the service would be provided, which helped me plan out my day. Art Plumbing sent Wade, he was super friendly and did the installation quickly and seamlessly. He even helped scrap the remnants of the old toilet glue from the floor so that it all looked nice. Would definitely recommend!

Daniel did a great job fixing our toilet and both bathroom sinks. He kept me updated with what he found snd what the charges would be. Art’s maintenance plan includes checking other plumbing in our house, to catch any other issues. It’s so nice to have an honest company we can trust for repairs!

Water heater began leaking. Called Art and they were able to get a plumber out to check it and verify the heater tank was shot. Replaced it with a newer, better one. While there was sticker shock since my last replacement, I think the price out the door was in line with what I had been researching. Joe C. was very nice, knowledgeable, and did a very good install. Joe was clean and even though this job likely caused him to be home later than planned he remained very cheerful. Also when the city inspector came to approve the permit, he commented "nice install." Update: Just had Art install a split-mini system in my garage also. As with any install/construction, problems could arise that makes it take longer, including an error on a part that was brought. Instead of having to make a second appointment which would have been inconvenient, Charlie Wing the project manager got things moving, getting a second tech and a seperate electrician to take care of things and it was done in one day as promised. Very happy. Update: Water heater control panel seemed to be malfunctioning. Daniel from Art came, diagnosed the issue with Rheem and made some adjustments. IF that doesn't work, he made it very clear they will return and take care of it pronto.

Mike was on time, professional and quick however, have not heard back about permit inspection. Submitted 2 request online, no one reached out and no one showed up. Called and left a voicemail with permitting department. Once they get your money, the quality of service drops!

All I can say is that he has had a lot of good training, he new actually how to present himself and how to sell the product, I didn't have to think twice regarding getting a new AC unit, i am very happy so far.

Art plumbing was great called him early this morning because my water heater popped. They dispatched someone and were here by midday had the heater changed out with a new one before the mid-afternoon. Installer was very detail and professional.have been dealing with them for 20 plus years and can highly recommend them.

Mike was very professional technician he definitely knew what he was doing when he installed my water heater. They are little pricey as far as thier quote goes and the AI they use to route calls is infuriating. I had a quote done on a Wednesday afternoon. I couldn't get anyone who could schedule the installation on the phone till the following Monday. I had to basically threaten to use another company before the "dispatcher " finally called to setup the installation. The work that was done was great and the technician Mike was great.

Angel did the original installation of my AC unit and he was sent back by the company to troubleshoot regarding the noise level of the unit. I found him to be very professional as well as friendly and pleasant. He really listened as I explained the issues I was having with the unit which I really appreciated. He communicated clearly and thoroughly about everything he was observing and doing. He made a variety of tweaks to the system in an effort to reduce the noise and I believe he did everything possible to address the issue, no shortcuts. In my opinion, he is a real asset to the company.

HUGE fan of Art! I called yesterday with an immediate need to have 4 flapper valves replaced, appointment scheduled today and Pedro came right on time. Mr. John came in and looked at our old unit and then asked what were we wanting to do. Mr. John was very polite and he explained everything that the company does and covers. Every question that I had he answered.

Lawrence and his team were above and beyond exceptional! that came to my home today on top of things and totally knowledgeable and listen to everything I had to say, and answered all my questions. They even mentioned how they didn’t check a part of what was tested by the previous people that came, but they found the leak in the kitchen not in the garage so I’m hoping that that’s a good sign. I was very impressed and very very pleased with everything Lawrence said and did he was personable. He has a heart of gold and really took care of me very well and I would recommend these guys 150% to anyone that wants to know. The service was 100% I couldn’t have asked for anything better and the friendliness and the eagerness to answer all my questions and clean up after they were done and even like good to my dog, it was awesome. Jonathan came in January of ‘24 and installed a new water heater. Water heater looks good and is working fine. It took a while to get a permit and the ok with my HOA. Jonathan is very nice.

Laurence is an absolute life saver! He was able to finish the job in good time, even with a late start (he actually got here early in order to set up, and had to wait for another party to arrive late). He even explained how to use each piece worked (simple system, thankfully), and was overall really knowledgeable about his field. Super chill guy and is friendly with animals. If I have any issues with electrical or plumbing (he does both!) I will be requesting for Laurence specifically to be the technician they send out.

We had an issue with our shower, and they did an excellent job fixing it. The plumber arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Awaiting Mary's proposal on that particular work/project. New issue today 10/23/25, Terry Wasser was the technician. Had problem with my A/C that was working sporadically. He identified issues & provided valuable solutions/suggestions to prevent repeat situations which I took. He was very friendly & knowledgeable . Highly recommend to any who might run into A/C issues now, or wants to look into preventing future issues. Luckily it's not midsummer temp's (which I've had in past!!) Mike Ball is amazing. This would be a 5-star review if I was just rating him. He came out and replaced my water heater and fixed several other plumbing issues. He was kind, courteous, and honest. He answered my questions and was very patient with me BUT Art Plumbing recently got a new phone system and it is a nightmare. I get spammed with texts at random times now about them missing my call when I didn't call them. When I do try to call them, I often get stuck in a loop in their phone system and cannot reach a real person. I also don't get calls from them telling me when the plumber is coming so I feel bad that his time got wasted because I wasn't home. The AI voice in their system is a nightmare. I loved the plumber and he deserves 5 stars, but until they fix the issues with their phone and texting system, I cannot recommend them. If you are reading this review and it is old, feel free to ignore it because Mike Ball really was spectacular, but if this review is fresh when you read it, don't use them. Just wait for them to fix it or use someone else.

To be honest I gave 4 stars because we just got the new A/C & Tankless Water heater does we haven’t used it much yet . Ryan was awesome the entire crew was conscientious. Their water heater / plumber worked patiently in tight quarters . This is the 2nd time I’ve used Art & very satisfied Update : 2-23 , Brandon did checkup maintenance and was quick & responsive. I was referred to Art Plumbing AC&E for a problem with my tankless propane water heater. The technician who handled the call, Rick Corbin, provided excellent service. As promised, he called before each visit to confirm his arrival time and arrived at the appointed time. He was informative and courteous. His evaluation, which was clearly explained, led to the conclusion that replacement of the unit was the best option. He was very helpful in identifying the best replacement with a newer model. All of his work was neat and he cleaned the work area thoroughly afterwards. In the new installation, he replaced some of the older galvanized water pipe with copper and the final segment of the gas line with flex for a neater and cleaner installation. I couldn't be more satisfied with the work. Oct. 2025: Have continued using Art Plumbing... for a variety if repairs. Most recent was for Moaning sound when water was turned off anywhere in house. Tech Laurence was very knowledgeable and personable. Problem was traced to hose bib and vacuum breaker. Replacement solved problem. Also had problem with repeated clog of toilet drain. Rather than angering it out he recommend free photo survey of drain line to determine exact problem. Great idea; to be scan the scheduled.

I am very happy pleased with this company, John by far was very helpful and very professional along with his team. when we first sat down to put numbers together for me and he following up knowing my concerns and budget interest John made it happen and easy for me to accept the process and made it easy to move forward with the project. It’s a big investment, however, John made it comfortable for me to have this done. Thank you John for your dedication to makes this happen for me.

Victor the electrician did a great job. He was very informative and nice. Jason the plumber was very nice and sufficient. Wasn’t expecting any installations. Keith installed new UV lamps in air conditioner that was out dated. He was very informative and quick. Yehuda was very nice and got the job done. Thank you. Jonathan came in January of ‘24 and installed a new water heater. Water heater looks good and is working fine. It took a while to get a permit and the ok with my HOA. Jonathan is very nice.

Johnathon went above and beyond to fix the leak on our kitchen faucet. Our faucet was not a name brand, so he was unable to get the parts he needed. The only answer was a new faucet. He was so nice to wait while I drove to Home Depot to purchase a new faucet. He installed it as soon as I returned home. He is the best!

Pedro was excellent. He was very detailed in his explanation and also was very kind and considerate. I look forward to working with him in the future.

I am so happy I got a second opinion from Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning, & Electric. John S. was my service provider and the technician who ensured that I got the services I needed. John went above and beyond to see that I can get services done! With his hard work and the Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning, & Electric team, they were able to provide me with a solution and I got my AC units replaced! I must say, John was diligent and very thorough! John is not only a professional, but he is truly a caring individual who placed himself in my shoes and genuinely wants the best for his customers! I’m also pleased at the work the technicians done! They did such an amazing and clean job! As they were working, they continuously updated me throughout the whole process, which I was grateful for! I also thank Dakota and John A. for being thorough technicians! They initially determined what the problems/issues were! Without you guys everything would have not come together! I thank the whole staff (Jeremiah, Elvis, etc.) for being diligent, patient, and thorough and for putting my needs above all else!
