Kyle was the service tech that showed up, he was friendly and professional. I explained the problems I was experiencing with the two different bathroom toilets, one was not refilling the tank after flushing and the other toilet would rock while setting on it.
Kyle listed, took notes and photos. He worked up some estimates with some options, he was very helpful.

Howard quickly identified the problem with my ac unit and gave me multiple options how to fix it. He then fixed the ac unit as quickly as he could and i could immediately feel the cold air again!

He then examined the handler and compressor and explained what was truly happening and what was needed to correct the problem. The only reason why I went with Jerry and home Depot is because of Jerry. He was more knowledgeable than the other two plumbing estimates.. he also saw my problem sitting in a 40 gallon hot water tank in the same area as the other plumbers did not suggest I didn't have it.. he is a very friendly and makes you feel comfortable and I felt like I could really trust him..

Petra the Technician showed up for the appointment today 8/4/2026 . She inspected my A/C throughly, showed me pictures of the inner part of the unit, made recommendations as to what can be done to have the unit running at it's peak performance. Petra is very knowledgeable in this area. learned so much just listening to her, she also cleaned the drain line. I will take into consideration all the recommendations she made. I definitely will recommend your company to others based on Petra's display of knowledge/expertise.

What really stood out was how kind and patient he was with my daughter, who was very curious about what he was doing. He answered her questions with a smile and made her feel included, which we really appreciated. John provided excellent service. He came to replace two ultraviolet light bulbs attached to my air conditioner.
He went up on the roof to check the part of the air conditioner that is on the roof.
He found it in not so good shape, he explained to me the problems he found and said it really should be replace.
He explain my options really well, thanks to his explaining everything I am getting a new air conditioner
before the old bites the dust in this heat.

Have used Art for the last few years for several different services at my home. They've never let me down. This was an "estimate only" for a water heater installation. I also inquired about bathroom sink faucet replacement. Terrence was thorough in checking all water and electric connections and explained in detail what was required. He would be great to work with but I'll have to see where the other estimates come in.
