Terrence came to my home to install a new kitchen faucet. Terrence was polite, respectful and 💯 professional! I also had a leak behind the wall he did not pressure me to fix the leak. He explained the issue very clearly, I decided to get the job done while he was here. Terrence did his job very efficiently with minimal mess. When the job was completed, he cleaned up after himself, leaving me with very little to do. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done. I WILL ALWAYS recommend Art's! Thank you for your hard work!

Terence, the tech who came to our home was courteous, personable and professional. He took pains to not only tell me what was going to be done, but how he was going to do it. ART AC Plumbing and Electric are not the least expensive provider of these services, but they are the best. GREAT JOB BY Terence!

Edit: I am increasing this company’s rating. While I do think communication has been a weak point especially with their AI answering system. I do think they worked to remedy the situation and honored their warranty. They also gave me an expanded warranty due to the misunderstanding with the initial installation and they care about their reputation. Horrible experience so far. I decided to go with this company and pay the premium (they are expensive) for a quick installation of a new water heater. They said they would be here today by 8AM (I am off of work for this). It is currently 1040AM and am on the phone trying to find a solution. They are telling me they cannot do the installation today--worst part? No one even told me. I am finding out about this because I am chasing after them. Took a 50% deposit and cannot deliver what they said they would. This was a company referred to be Home Depot. I do NOT recommend going with this company. Additionally: good luck trying to talk to someone at the actual company. All their phone calls look like local numbers but it sends you to some call center overseas. I get promised call backs and did not get them. Currently on the phone on hold waiting and demanding to speak to someone at the company. They are now trying to tell me the part they are waiting for has magically been delivered now. This whole thing sounds like a scam to string you along. They send over a knowledgable and personable guy for the quote, to win you over as a customer. Then you get absolutely put aside and strung along. EDIT: I would like to edit my original review. I’ve owned the water heater for less than 6 months. I am now having issues with the water heater. So this should still be under warranty. In fact, when I spoke with the owner of the company regarding my initial experience with the company he offered me an additional year of warranty through Art (which was a nice way to apologize). However, now again I’m in the same position as I was before. I CANNOT get in touch with a person. I just keep getting a loop with an AI recording. I had specific questions regarding the previously promised extended warranty. Please call me at the number on file.

Tim Davis did an excellent installation of a replacement water shut off valve for my condo. He was a good listener and answered all my plumbing questions and coordinated the water shutoff for the building to complete the service within 24 hours. He was neat and left the work area clean. Tim Davis kept up the GREAT REPUTATION of Art Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. The extra $ for the VIP service i have... pays for itself. I trust Art and staff including the professionals in the office as they have help solved my Air, Heat and Plumbing needs and wants for several years.100% Satisfaction every time.
