Chuck arrived exactly when scheduled and performed an extremely clean installation of my hybrid heat pump water heater. A notable extra step was replacing the main shut-off valve, upgrading it from a PVC shut-off to a copper quarter-turn valve. Overall, Chuck is a solid professional—the kind we truly need more of in the trades. Keep up the excellent work, Chuck! Art Plumbing is fortunate to have him on their team.
