HUGE fan of Art! I called yesterday with an immediate need to have 4 flapper valves replaced, appointment scheduled today and Pedro came right on time. No 4 hour window sitting around waiting, text updates regarding the appointment, and amazing service. Pedro was kind, helpful, considerate, thorough and knowledgeable. He provided quotes for additional work I need done and resolved our immediate concerns right away. Art Plumbing, A/C and Electrical is now our preferred vendor and will get all of our business. Lawrence and his team were above and beyond exceptional! that came to my home today on top of things and totally knowledgeable and listen to everything I had to say, and answered all my questions. They even mentioned how they didn’t check a part of what was tested by the previous people that came, but they found the leak in the kitchen not in the garage so I’m hoping that that’s a good sign. I was very impressed and very very pleased with everything Lawrence said and did he was personable. He has a heart of gold and really took care of me very well and I would recommend these guys 150% to anyone that wants to know. The service was 100% I couldn’t have asked for anything better and the friendliness and the eagerness to answer all my questions and clean up after they were done and even like good to my dog, it was awesome. I would recommend these guys to anybody and everybody who wants to know

Jonathan came in January of ‘24 and installed a new water heater. Water heater looks good and is working fine. It took a while to get a permit and the ok with my HOA. Jonathan is very nice.

Jerry, the service technician, was very professional during his service call, taking his time to inspect the AC system. He was most informative in his dealings with me, taking the time to show me any item he thought I should be aware of. Laurence is an absolute life saver! He was able to finish the job in good time, even with a late start (he actually got here early in order to set up, and had to wait for another party to arrive late). He even explained how to use each piece worked (simple system, thankfully), and was overall really knowledgeable about his field. Super chill guy and is friendly with animals. If I have any issues with electrical or plumbing (he does both!) I will be requesting for Laurence specifically to be the technician they send out.
