We are specifically very happy with the service provided by Howard F. of Art AC replacing the motor in one of our units. He is by far the best HVAC Tech we've experienced at Art AC.
We are however GREATLY disappointed in that the motor went out in a 6-year old American Standard unit. I wouldn't recommend to anyone purchasing an American Standard AC product. We've had more than several issues with each of two units and thermostats installed in 2019.

These guys were GREAT !!! They showed up on time, consummate professionals at all times, finished the job in less time than anticipated, and left the house spotless. I had two (2) air conditioners replaced in my home including condensers and air handlers and ART Plumbing and A.C. was fantastic.
