20-Point Precision Tune-Up Includes:
- Chemical treatment of drain line
- Rinse drain pan (if accessible)
- Flush drain pan (if accessible)
- Inspect indoor coil
- Wash outdoor coil (flush with water)**
- Check refrigerant pressures
- Inspect safety devices for proper operations
- Measure system for proper split temperature
- Inspect supply plenum for duct leakage
- Test and inspect contactor for proper engagement

Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electric will perform a complete 20-point precision tune-up of your air conditioning system that includes all items listed above in our Signature 20-Point Precision Tune-Up description. In addition, we will remove your indoor coil, completely cleaning and disinfecting it to ensure it is bacteria and dirt free. We also thoroughly clean both the inside and outside of the air handler cabinet to remove all build-up and we finish by applying a spray disinfectant to kill all surface bacteria.

Art's Complete Air Scrubber Package
Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electric will perform a full 20-point AC precision tune-up, plus deep clean and disinfect your indoor coil, blower housing, and air handler cabinet. We finish with a disinfectant spray to help eliminate bacteria and buildup.
We’ll also install an Air Scrubber with a powerful UV light to reduce airborne contaminants and help keep your home’s air clean and safe.
This package includes our Signature 20-Point Tune-Up and comes with Art’s Keep You Cool Promise*. If your AC fails within 90 days, we’ll refund the tune-up and take 10% off the repair.

Only giving 4 stars due to service I needed was not completely done. Service tech seemed confused as to handle request to repair broken washing machine pipe. Did not have outside water spigot handle to replace broken one which by the way was told explained to dispatcher as one of the issues I needed repaired. On the other hand he did his best with first issue which was removing an existing broken garden hose that was fused to the spigot and he did replace the handle with an old handle he found in his work van. Resourceful to say the least!

While John was great in getting the assessment and quote and financing portion done. I must say, the installing crew was next level, top tier, just above and beyond! I was flabbergasted by how masterfully they did the job. Was like watching Davinci creating a work of art. These guys were truly masters of their craft. And not only that, they answered every question I had and cleaned up like true professionals.
