Truckin’!

Hey everyone, welcome back to another Friday addition of useless trivia and fun facts about our awesome company!

First up the trivia part of the program. While we celebrate our nation’s birthday on July 4^th, New York State approved the Declaration of Independence on July 9^th as it took five days for the document to get from Philadelphia to New York. That’s mind boggling when you think about the fact that the two cities are only about a hundred miles apart and a couple of hours by car.

A couple of hours is usually what it takes for us to resolve most problems in people’s homes as well, and there is a big reason for that; it’s called a super truck. Those of you that have enjoyed our services in the past know that when a tech shows up at your home or business it is not a little van, but rather a large box truck. The box trucks are a huge part of our success and are literally rolling warehouses. When I say warehouses, I mean it’s a warehouse with over 5,000 individual pieces and parts that allow us to make most repairs while on site. As a consumer, there is nothing more frustrating than to have a repair person come to the house, diagnose the issue, and then say I’ll be back in a couple hours I need to go get XYZ part and ABC widget to resolve this issue.

I can’t promise that we can fix every single problem every single time on the first call, but with an inventory on the truck valued at over $20,000 there is a pretty good shot we can fix it on the first visit. Our trucks carry faucets, hot water heaters, most parts to rebuild any water closet, and of course fittings galore, and all the basic replacement parts for air conditioners. Our goal is to be as efficient as possible when it comes to taking up your valuable time, especially considering you’re probably not in the best mood to begin with, since something in the house isn’t working.
