Conditioning, Inc. will return to your home to repair and or replace any part,
product, or piece of equipment we provided and installed for two full years from
the date of installation - free of charge. (Some items covered by the
manufactures warranty may require factory authorized in home service.).
• The Guaranteed To Keep You Cool Promise - Art Plumbing & Air
Conditioning, Inc. will pay for you and your family to stay at a local hotel if
we cannot repair the air conditioning system we installed with-in 24 hours of
your call for service. This guarantee is good for the first five years after
your system is installed.
• The Guaranteed To Keep You In Water Promise:
Art Plumbing & Air Conditioning, Inc. will pay for you and your family
to stay at a local hotel if we cannot have the water on to your home due to an
issue with a plumbing repair or installation we performed with-in 24 hours of
your call for service. This guarantee is good for up to five years after your
repairs or installation.
• The Cleanliness Guarantee - Art Plumbing & Air Conditioning,
Inc. will leave your home as if we were never there. If you are not happy with
the way we leave your home, we will send a professional cleaning company to
clean up free of charge and treat you and your family to dinner.
• The Satisfaction Guarantee - Our service and installation
technicians are the best in skill, attitude, and workmanship. We will care for
your home and complete our work with speed and precision. We will not smoke, or
swear and we are a drug-free company. If, we have not performed in accordance
with these high standards, we will pay you $200.
• 100% Satisfaction Guarantee – If for any reason you are not
completely satisfied with our installation, service or repairs, we will do the
job again to your satisfaction, FREE.

EXTENDED WATER HEATER WARRANTY
Art
Plumbing & Air Conditioning, Inc., the installer of your water heater, will
repair or replace the water heater in the event of a failure. Should failure
occur during normal use the
applicable number of years specified below will apply. The replacement water
heater, tank parts and labor will be warranted for only the unexpired portion of
this original warranty.
PERIOD COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
If
the tank fails within
TEN
(10) years
of the original installation and operation date, we will replace the water
heater in accordance with this warranty.
PARTS & LABOR WARRANTY
The
tank and all parts within the tank are covered under this warranty, including
labor expenses for service, or the re-installation of a new tank. Art Plumbing &
Air Conditioning,
Inc. must install the replacement water heater for this warranty to be valid. No
charges will be imposed for material, labor or permits necessary to make this
exchange.
THIS WARRANTY WILL NOT APPLY
A)
IF DAMAGE OCCURS FROM ABUSE, ACCIDENT, FIRE, FLOOD, AND THE LIKE;
B)
IN THE EVENT THE TANK FAILURE OCCURS DUE TO THE WATER HEATER OPERATING IN A
CORROSIVE ATMOSPHERE;
C)
WATER TEMPERATURES EXCEEDING MAXIMUM SETTING OF THE OPERATING
AND
/OR HIGH LIMIT CONTROL;
D)
IF THE WATER HEATER IS NOT SUPPLIED WITH POTABLE WATER, FREE TO CIRCULATE AT
ALL
TIMES; HEATER MUST NOT BE SUBJECTED
TO PRESSURE OR A FIRING
RATE
GREATER
THAN
THOSE SHOWN ON THE RATING PLATE; RATING PLATE MUST NOT BE
ALTERED, DEFACED OR REMOVED;
E)
IF THE UNIT IS MOVED FROM ITS ORIGINAL INSTALLATION LOCATION;
F)
IF THE WATER HEATER IS SERVICED BY ANY OTHER COMPANY

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
Any
claim for warranty repairs should be made to Art Plumbing & Air Conditioning,
Inc. Warranty repairs can be made seven (7) days a week, 24hrs a day.
Replacement water heaters will be installed Monday through Friday from
7AM
to
7PM
, or sooner, based upon the availability of a replacement tank.
MISCELLANEOUS
No
one is authorized to make any other warranties on Art Plumbing & Air
Conditioning, Inc. behalf. Any implied warranties, including merchant ability,
shall not be extended
beyond the applicable warranty period specified above. Our sole liability with
respect to any defect shall be set forth in this warranty, and any claims for
incidental or consequential
damages
(including damage from water leaking) are excluded.
